Ice Fishing

Basic or advanced, ice fishing is good clean family fun, in the fresh air of the great outdoors. Ice fishing in the Kawartha Lakes for Black Crappie, Perch, Sunfish and Northern Pike was made legal beginning in the winter of 2010.  Lake Scugog which is partly in Kawartha Lakes and partly in the Durham Region
