Brain Injury Support Group to Start in Peterborough

For many victims of traumatic brain injury, dealing with day to day life can change dramatically post brain injury. Moving forward after a brain injury requires a strong support network, with a lifestyle that supports brain healing for a TBI (traumatic brain injury) survivor.

Posture Clinic in Peterborough to Host Brain Injury Support Group

The Posture Clinic is taking early registrations for a free monthly support group to meet at The Posture Clinic at 346 Charlotte Street in Peterborough. Once the attendance for the group is assessed, meetings will be scheduled, and attendees will be notified of dates and times. A blog is in the works with information coming in the month ahead. The blog will have meeting dates and times as well as information useful for survivors and caregivers.

About Dr. Horseman

Dr. Ian Horseman is a Peterborough Chiropractor specializing in functional neurology, vestibular therapy, and postural correction as well as musculoskeletal and nervous system deficiencies. He has completed over 2700 hours of Ph.D. level neurology courses in traumatic brain injury and vestibular system therapies, specifically concussions, degenerative brain disease, headaches, balance and gait, vertigo and numerous brain-based conditions.
