Here’s a few simple ideas that will soothe your skin this winter.
Warm Not Hot: A hot shower might feel nice, but it’s brutal on the skin, turn the water to warm and notice a difference in your skin.
Oatmeal: Take a cup of oatmeal and pour it into a cut off ladies stocking and tie a knot. Drop it in the bath and rub it all over your skin. Great for relieving dry itchy skin.
Coconut Oil: Great for daily use on all areas of the body and face. Coconut oil is known for filling in the skin, and providing a hydrated youthful glow.
Petroleum Jelly: Helps rescue cracked and sore skin and is superbly gentle and hydrating.
Use a Humidifier: A humidifier will add moisture to dry air at home and help dry skin and dry cough.
